      标题:特发性矮小症患儿血清25(OH)D、IGF-1水平与体质量的相关性

      【摘要】 目的 检测特发性矮小症患儿血清 25羟维生素D [25(OH)D]、胰岛素样生长因子-1 (IGF-1)水平,并探讨其与体质量的相关性,为患者的临床诊断提供指导。方法 选取 2017年 1月至 2019年 6月期间广州市花都区妇幼保健院接诊的 85例特发性矮小症患儿作为观察组,另选择同期在我院体检的 50例儿童作为对照组。受检者入组后,空腹采集静脉血液标本,检测并比较两组患儿的 25(OH)D、IGF-1水平、体质量和身高状况,并采用Spearman相关分析法分析25(OH)D、IGF-1、身高与体质量的相关性。结果 观察组和对照组患儿的血清25(OH)D [(24.59±9.31) ng/mL vs (33.28±11.21) ng/mL]、IGF-1 [(237.16±37.33) ng/mL vs (309.35±71.52) ng/mL]、体质量[(15.67±2.01) kg/m2 vs (18.42±1.65) kg/m2]、身高[(115.49±10.61) cm vs (138.35±10.09) cm]比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的体质量与血清 25(OH)D、IGF-1水平呈正相关(r=0.229、0.258,P<0.05),身高与血清 25(OH)D、IGF-1水平也呈正相关(r=676、0.404,P<0.05)。结论 特发性矮小症患儿血清25(OH)D、IGF-1水平均较低,且其与体质量和身高呈正相关,血清25(OH)D、IGF-1水平检测对特发性矮小症患儿的病情预测及防治都具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) and insulin-like growthfactor-1 (IGF-1) in children with idiopathic dwarfism, and to explore the correlation between them and body mass, so asto provide guidance for the clinical diagnosis of the patients. Methods A total of 85 children with idiopathic dwarfism,who admitted to Guangzhou Huadu District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019,were selected as the observation group, and 50 children who had physical examination in the same hospital at the sametime were selected as the control group.
