      【摘要】 肥胖及其引起的2型糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、癌症等并发症已迅速发展成全球范围内的主要问题。虽然肥胖症在全球流行可以归因于生活方式的改变，但是又离不开遗传因素的影响，特别是一些肥胖相关基因在决定一个人的体质量中发挥着至关重要的作用。缺血性脑卒中是一种常见的缺血性脑血管病，它同样受遗传因素影响，并且是肥胖的主要并发疾病之一。因此，现对肥胖相关基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中的相关性研究进展进行综述，详细地介绍肥胖相关基因FTO、MC4R、APOE和PPARG的基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中及其危险因素的关系，这将为更有效的预防和治疗缺血性脑卒中提供新的策略。

Advances in the study of the relationship between obesity-related gene polymorphism and ischemic stroke.

Zhanjiang Campus, Guangdong Medical University, Zhanjiang 524000,Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 Obesity and its complications such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and cancer have rapidly developed into major problems worldwide. Although the global prevalence of obesity can be at-tributed to lifestyle changes, it is inseparable from the influence of genetic factors, especially some obesity-related genesplay a crucial role in determining a person's weight. Ischemic stroke is a common ischemic cerebrovascular disease thatis also affected by genetic factors and is one of the major concomitant diseases of obesity. Therefore, this review summa-rizes the research progress of the relationship between obesity-related gene polymorphisms and ischemic stroke, and in-troduces in detail the relationship between the genetic polymorphisms of obesity-related genes fat mass and obesity asso-ciated (FTO), melanocortin-4 receptor, Apolipoprotein E (APOE), proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARG) andischemic stroke and its risk factors, which will provide new strategies for more effective prevention and treatment ofischemic stroke.
