      【摘要】 S100钙结合蛋B (S100B)是主要由神经胶质细胞分泌的一种钙结合蛋白。它在各种体液(脑脊液，外周血和脐带血，尿液，唾液，羊水)中的含量被认为是多种疾病的生物标志物，尤其是在急性脑损伤、神经退行性疾病、先天性/围产期疾病等疾病中，而S100B的表达水平也是反馈疾病严重程度的重要标志。此外，S100B 蛋白不仅仅是一种生物学指标，也可作为疾病的治疗靶标。本文就S100B近几年来与中枢神经系统疾病的相关研究进展做一综述。

Its content in various body fluids (cerebrospinal fluid, peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood, urine, saliva andamniotic fluid) is considered as a biomarker of various diseases, especially in acute brain injury, neurodegenerative dis-eases, congenital/perinatal diseases, etc. The expression level of S100B is also an important indicator of the severity ofdiseases. In addition, S100B is not only a biological indicator, but also a therapeutic target for diseases. In this paper, theresearch progress of S100B and central nervous system diseases in recent years is reviewed.
