      【摘要】 G蛋白偶联受体40 (G-protein coupled receptor 40,GPR40),也称为游离脂肪酸受体1 (FFAR1),是一种能够被游离脂肪酸激活的具有7次跨膜受体蛋白,在体内能与生理浓度的游离脂肪酸相互作用,并被证明在不同器官病理生理过程中发挥重要调节作用。因此GPR40蛋白可能成为极具前景的疾病治疗靶点。该文通过对近年来GPR40蛋白在胰腺、大脑、肝脏等器官相关研究进行综述,着重叙述GPR40蛋白在相关器官中病理生理过程的调控功能与其作为药物靶点的研究新进展,旨在为GPR40蛋白的更深层次的研究提供理论基础。

Research progress on the regulatory function of GPR40 in related diseases.

Department ofAnesthesiology, the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University, Zhanjiang 524000, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 G-protein coupled receptor 40 (GPR40), also known as free fatty acid receptor 1 (FFAR1), is a recep-tor protein with seven transmembrane domains that can be activated by free fatty acids. It can interact with physiologicalconcentrations of free fatty acids in vivo and has been proved to play an important regulatory role in the pathophysiologi-cal processes of different organs. Therefore, GPR40 protein is likely to be a promising target for disease treatment. Thispaper reviewed the recent studies on GPR40 protein in pancreas, brain, liver and other organs, focused on the regulationof GPR40 protein in the pathophysiological processes in related organs and its new progress as a drug target, in order toprovide theoretical basis for further research on GPR40 protein.
