标题：生物陶瓷材料 iROOT SP糊剂用于根管充填的效果观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨生物陶瓷材料 iROOT SP糊剂在根管充填中的临床应用效果。方法 2017年9月至2018年8月期间深圳市南山区人民医院口腔科88例慢性根尖周炎患者88颗患牙以数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组44例，观察组给予生物陶瓷材料 iROOT SP糊剂进行根管填充，对照组给予AH-PLUS糊剂进行根管填充，比较两组患者术后1周疼痛率以及术后6个月临床效果。结果 观察组患者术后1周疼痛率为6.8%，明显低于对照组的22.7%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；术后6个月观察组患者根管充填治疗成功率为95.5%，明显高于对照组的72.7%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 iROOT SP糊剂用于根管充填治疗能够更好的抑制病原微生物的再次感染，有效减轻术后炎症反应及术后疼痛，获得更好的临床治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effects of bioceramic material iROOT SP paste in the root canalfilling. Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis (88 teeth), who admitted to Department ofStomatology, Nanshan People's Hospital of Shenzhen during September 2017 and August 2018 were selected and divid-ed into the observation group (n=44) and the control group (n=44) according to random number table method. Root ca-nals of the observation group were filled with iROOT SP paste, and those of the control group were filled withAH-PLUS paste. Then the pain rate of 1 week after the operation and the success rate of root canal therapy 6 months af-ter the operation were contrasted between the two groups. Results The pain rate of the observation group 1 week afterthe operation was 6.8%, which was significantly lower than 22.7% in the control group (P<0.05); the success rate of rootcanal therapy in the observation group 6 months after the operation was 95.5% , which was significantly higher than72.7% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion iROOT SP paste can better inhibit the reinfection of pathogenic mi-croorganisms, effectively alleviate the inflammatory reaction after operation, relieve the pain after operation, and obtainbetter clinical therapeutic effect in the root canal filling, which is worthy of promotion.
