      【摘要】 众所周知,PM2.5与多种疾病尤其呼吸系统疾病有关,但对PM2.5在这些疾病中的作用机制研究较少。呼吸系统疾病的发生率与PM2.5暴露时长明显相关,而PM2.5与支气管哮喘的发病率更为密切。引发和加重哮喘的机制有很多,包括PM2.5诱导的气道炎症和氧化应激。本文主要综述PM2.5与支气管哮喘之间的关系以及在支气管哮喘发病中的相关分子机制。

Correlation between PM2.5 and bronchial asthma and its molecular mechanism.

Department of Emergency, Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University, Weifang261000, Shandong, CHINA【Abstract】 It is well known that PM2.5 is associated with a variety of diseases, especially respiratory diseases,but there are few studies on the mechanism of PM2.5 in these diseases. The incidence of respiratory diseases is signifi-cantly related to the duration of PM2.5 exposure, and PM2.5 is more closely related to the incidence of bronchial asth-ma. There are many mechanisms that trigger and exacerbate asthma, including PM2.5 induced airway inflammation andoxidative stress. This paper mainly reviews the relationship between PM2.5 and bronchial asthma and the related molecu-lar mechanisms in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.
