标题：温宫方穴位贴敷治疗寒凝血瘀型慢性盆腔痛疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨温宫方穴位贴敷治疗寒凝血瘀型慢性盆腔痛的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2016年8月至2018年9月上海中医药大学附属曙光医院妇科收治的96例寒凝血瘀型慢性盆腔痛患者的临床资料，按照治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组使用布洛芬治疗，观察组使用温宫方穴位贴敷治疗。4个疗程结束后比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医症候积分、疼痛程度、综合性医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分和匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为 93.75%，明显高于对照组的 70.83%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组患者的中医症候积分为(6.52±2.47)分，明显低于对照组的(10.73±2.35)分，0级疼痛率为 8.33%，明显低于对照组的 25.00%，HADS评分为(6.41±0.43)分，明显低于对照组的(10.82±2.17)分，PSQI评分为(6.54±1.37)分，明显低于对照组的(12.83±3.69)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 温宫方穴位贴敷治疗寒凝血瘀型慢性盆腔痛可明显提高患者临床疗效，降低中医症候积分，改善焦虑抑郁症状及睡眠质量。

Clinical effect of Wengong Fang acupoint application in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain with coldcoagulation and blood stasis.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wengong Fang acupoint application in the treatment ofchronic pelvic pain with cold coagulation and blood stasis. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with chronic pel-vic pain with cold coagulation and blood stasis admitted to the Department of Gynaecology, Shuguang Hospital Affiliat-ed to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2016 to September 2018 were retrospectivelyanalyzed. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group,each with 48 patients. The control group was treated with ibuprofen, while the observation group was treated with Wen-gong Fang acupoint application. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score, pain level, general Hospital Anxiety and De-pression Scale (HADS) score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale (PSQI) score were compared between the twogroups after 4 courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, significantlyhigher than 70.83% of the control group (P<0.05). The TCM symptom integral in the observation group after treatmentwas (6.52±2.47) points, significantly lower than (10.73±2.35) points in the control group, and the rate of level 0 pain was8.33%, significantly lower than 25.00% in the control group. HADS score was (6.41±0.43) points, significantly lowerthan (10.82±2.17) points in the control group, and PSQI score was (6.54±1.37) points, significantly lower than (12.83±3.69) points in the control group. The differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Wengong Fangacupoint application in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis can significantlyimprove the clinical efficacy of patients, reduce the score of TCM symptoms, and improve the anxiety and depressionsymptoms and sleep quality.
