      标题:行为引导教学法在《临床营养学》教学中的应用效果分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨行为引导教学法在《临床营养学》教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2010年10月至2011
年7月的140名学生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组(常规教学法组) 70名和B组(行为引导教学法组) 70
名,将干预前及干预后1个月、2个月教师对两组学生和学生自我评估学习积极性、阶段性知识掌握情况及学生对
教学模式的满意度进行比较。结果 B组干预后 1个月和 2个月的教师评估和学生自评学习积极性均优于A
组,阶段性知识考核评分也高于A组,学生对教学模式的满意率也高于A组,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。
结论 行为引导教学法可显著改善《临床营养学》教学中学生的学习积极性。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of behavior-oriented teaching mode in teaching of
Clinical Nutrition. Methods One hundred and forty students from October 2010 to July 2011 were selected as re-
search objects. The students were divided into group A (received routine teaching, n=70) and group B (received behav-
ior-oriented teaching, n=70) according to random number table. Then the learning enthusiasm of teachers to the stu-
dents, the students' self-assessment, the mastering situation of phase knowledge and the satisfaction degree of students
to the teaching mode before and after the intervention one month and two months after intervention were compared be-
tween the two groups. Results In group B, the learning enthusiasm of teachers to the students and the students'
self-assessment were significantly better than those in group A (P<0.05). The mastering of phase knowledge was also
significantly better than that in group A (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of students to the teaching mode were signifi-
cantly higher than that in group A, (P<0.05). Conclusion The behavior-oriented teaching mode can significantly im-
prove the students' learning enthusiasm in teaching of Clinical Nutrition.
