      【摘要】 鼻咽癌形成的原因目前仍是未解之谜，但学者们一致认为鼻咽癌的发生与人们的生活方式有一定的关系。很多研究已经证实EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus，EBV)感染与鼻咽癌的发生、发展密切相关。通过采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法，对不同时期的鼻咽癌患者血浆中EBV-DNA含量进行定量检测，EBV-DNA定量检测有望成为一种新的肿瘤指标。本文主要对血浆中EBV-DNA对鼻咽癌的形成所产生的影响进行阐述，并重点对鼻咽癌患者不同时期的血浆EBV-DNA水平在筛查、诊断、肿瘤负荷、转移、复发及预后中的应用进行概述。

Many studies have confirmed that Epstein Barr virus (EBV) infectionis closely related to the attack and development of nasopharyngeal cancer. This review describes the influence of plasmaEBV-DNA on the formation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and uses the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) strategies to re-view the application of plasma EBV-DNA from different phases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients in the screening,diagnosis, tumor burden, recurrence and metastasis and prognosis prediction.
