【摘要】 目的 探索软管囊肿塞应用于颌骨囊肿开窗减压术后维持囊腔开口通畅,促进骨腔愈合的临床效果。方法 选取2016年1月至2019年2月攀枝花市中心医院口腔科收治的7例影像学诊断为“颌骨囊肿”的患者,常规行颌骨囊肿开窗减压手术,术后制作佩戴软管囊肿塞。定期复查,拍摄颌面部CT,三维重建评估囊腔缩小及骨质矿化情况。结果 7例患者的软管囊肿塞佩戴情况良好,囊腔开口通畅,颌面部CT显示囊腔体积缩小,骨壁增厚。结论 大型颌骨囊肿开窗减压术后佩戴软管囊肿塞临床效果好,值得推广。

Application of flexible tube cyst plug in fenestration and decompression of jaw cyst.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of flexible cyst plug in maintaining the opening of cyst cav-ity and promoting the healing of bone cavity after fenestration and decompression of jaw cyst. Methods From January2016 to February 2019, 7 patients with maxillary cyst diagnosed by imaging in Department of Stomatology, PanzhihuaCentral Hospital were selected to undergo conventional fenestration and decompression of maxillary cyst and to wearflexible tube cyst plug. The maxillofacial CT were obtained in periodic review for three-dimensional reconstruction to as-sess the extent of cyst shrinkage and bone mineralization. Results The condition of the plugs in 7 patients was fine,and the opening of the cyst cavity were unobstructed. The results of maxillofacial CT showed that the volume of thecysts was reduced and the bone walls were thickened. Conclusion The clinical effect of wearing flexible tube cyst plugafter fenestration and decompression of large jaw cyst clinical effect is good and worthy of promotion.
