标题：不同剂量PPI序贯疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果及安全性

      【摘要】 目的 分析不同剂量质子泵抑制剂(PPI)序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年5月上海市嘉定区南翔医院收治的Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者80例，采用随机数表法分为常规剂量组和大剂量组，每组40例，常规剂量组予以常规剂量的PPI序贯疗法治疗，大剂量组予以大剂量PPI序贯疗法治疗，疗程均为10 d。治疗结束后，通过消化性溃疡疗效评判标准进行疗效判定，疗程结束4周后通过 14C-尿素呼气试验评定Hp清除效果，分别于治疗前及治疗后评价临床症状积分，记录症状消失时间、不良反应以及随访 6个月后的复发情况。结果 治疗后，常规剂量组患者的治疗总有效率为 90.00%，与大剂量组的92.50%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；疗程结束后4周，常规剂量组与大剂量组患者的Hp清除率分别为95.00%，87.50%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；疗程结束后，两组患者的临床症状积分、临床症状缓解时间、不良反应发生率比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；随访6个月，常规剂量组与大剂量组复发率分别为6.98%、10.00%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者治疗中常规剂量与大剂量PPI序贯疗法相比，临床疗效及安全性相当。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of sequential therapy with different doses of pro-ton pump inhibitor (PPI) in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp)-positive peptic ulcer. Methods Eighty patientswith Hp-positive peptic ulcer admitted to Nanxiang Hospital of Jiading District of Shanghai from January 2017 to May2018 were randomly divided into conventional dose group and high dose group, with 40 patients in each group.
