      【摘要】 3D打印技术广泛应用于医学领域,其重要作用表现在辅助诊断、手术设计、手术排练、假体植入、术前沟通及临床教学。随着技术的进步和实践的增多,3D打印在胸外科的应用正在快速发展,发挥着日益重要的作用。胸壁重建是一项普遍开展的胸外科手术,传统的胸壁重建手术使用钛合金等稳定成熟的修补材料。近年来,随着3D打印技术的改进和新材料技术的发展,胸壁重建出现了全新的发展趋势。本文就3D打印用于胸外科手术胸壁重建的最新进展进行综述。

Latest research progress in 3D printing for chest wall reconstruction.

Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University, Chengdu 610036, Sichuan, CHINA【Abstract】 3D printing technology is widely used in the medical field, and its important functions are in auxilia-ry diagnosis, surgical design, surgical rehearsal, prosthesis implantation, preoperative communication and clinical teach-ing. With the advancement of technology and the increase of practice, the application of 3D printing in thoracic surgeryis developing rapidly and playing an increasingly important role. Thoracic wall reconstruction is a common thoracic sur-gery. Traditional chest wall reconstruction surgery uses stable and mature repair materials such as titanium alloy. In re-cent years, with the improvement of 3D printing technology and the development of new material technology, the chestwall reconstruction has witnessed a new development trend. This article reviews the recent advances in 3D printing forchest wall reconstruction in thoracic surgery.
