标题：基质金属蛋白酶在子痫前期中作用的研究进展

      【摘要】 子痫前期属于妊娠期高血压疾病的一种，是妊娠期特有的疾病，严重影响母婴结局，其发病机制尚未研究明确。研究表明，基质金属蛋白酶与子痫前期的发病机制有关，主要参与子痫前期的滋养细胞侵袭异常、内皮细胞功能障碍、血管生成失衡等过程。本文综述了基质金属蛋白酶在子痫前期中作用的研究现状，为进一步研究子痫前期的病因提供理论依据。

Advances in the role of matrix metalloproteinases in preeclampsia.

Department ofObstetrics, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University, Haikou 570226, Hainan, CHINA【Abstract】 Preeclampsia is a kind of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy, which is a special diseasein pregnancy and seriously affects maternal and infant outcomes. Its pathogenesis has not been clearly clarified. Studieshave shown that matrix metalloproteinases are related to the pathogenesis of preeclampsia, and are mainly involved inthe processes of abnormal trophoblast cell invasion, endothelial cell dysfunction, and imbalance of angiogenesis in pre-eclampsia. In this paper, the role of matrix metalloproteinase in preeclampsia was reviewed, which provided theoreticalbasis for further study on the etiology of preeclampsia.
