标题：三联抗生素糊剂与氢氧化钙糊剂对年轻恒牙牙髓炎患者牙髓血运重建术疗效的影响

      【摘要】 目的 比较三联抗生素糊剂与氢氧化钙糊剂对年轻恒牙牙髓炎患者牙髓血运重建术疗效的影响。方法 选取2015年1月至2017年12月在汉中市口腔医院行牙髓血运重建术的年轻恒牙牙髓炎患者64例(患牙64颗)，采用简单数表法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组 32例(患牙 32颗)；观察组应用三联抗生素糊剂根管封药，对照组采用氢氧化钙糊剂根管封药。术后 12个月比较两组患者的疗效，术后 3个月、6个月、12个月，比较两组患者 VAS评分及并发症发生情况。结果 术后 12个月，观察组患者的治疗有效率为 96.88%，与对照组的93.75%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组和对照组患者术前VAS评分、术后 3个月、6个月和 12个月VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组术后并发症发生率为 15.63%，与对照组的 12.50%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 三联抗生素糊剂与氢氧化钙糊剂对年轻恒牙牙髓炎患者牙髓血运重建术均有较好的疗效，能有效缓解患者的疼痛不适，均是较好的根管消毒和封管制剂。

Influences of triple antibiotic paste and calcium hydroxide paste on curative effect of dental pulprevascularization for young patients with permanent teeth pulpitis.

【Abstract】 Objective To compared influences of triple antibiotic paste and calcium hydroxide paste on cura-tive effect of dental pulp revascularization for young patients with permanent teeth pulpitis. Methods Sixty-four youngpatients (64 affected teeth) with permanent teeth pulpitis who underwent dental pulp revascularization in Hanzhong Sto-matological Hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into observationgroup and control group by random number table, with 32 patients (32 affected teeth) in each group. The observationgroup was given triple antibiotic paste for intracranial medication, while the control group was given calcium hydroxidepaste for intracranial medication. The curative effect at 12 months after surgery, VAS score at 3 months, 6 months and 12months after surgery, and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results At 12 monthsafter surgery, there was no significant difference in response rate of treatment between observation group and controlgroup (96.88% vs 93.75% , P>0.05). There was no significant difference in VAS score before surgery, at 3 months, 6months and 12 months after surgery between observation group and control group (P>0.0.05). There was no significantdifference in the incidence of postoperative complications between observation group and control group (15.63% vs12.50% , P>0.05). Conclusion Both triple antibiotic paste and calcium hydroxide paste has good curative effect onyoung patients with permanent teeth pulpitis undergoing dental pulp revascularization, which can effectively relieve painand discomfort of patients and are relatively good root canal disinfection and sealing preparations.Key words Triple antibiotic paste; Calcium hydroxide paste; Permanent tooth; Dental pulp revascularization; Cu-rative effect
