      标题:SP结合CBL整合教学法在心血管内科见习教学中的运用

      【摘要】 目的 评价以案例为基础的教学法(CBL)结合标准化患者(SP)在心血管内科见习教学中的应用效果。方法 将海南医学院2014级、2015级临床专业本科见习医学生118人按平时成绩分为实验组62人和对照组56人,分别接受CBL结合SP整合教学法及传统教学法,授课完成后通过理论测试、技能测试及问卷调查的形式评估两组学生的教学效果。结果 实验组学生的理论测试为(79.15±0.989)分,明显高于对照组的(70.7±0.881)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);技能测试中,实验组在病史采集、病例分析、体格检查中的等级分数分别为(3.85±0.899)分、(3.98±0.921)分、(4.07±0.887)分,明显高于对照组的(2.84±1.095)分、(3.06±1.096)分、(2.88±1.118)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示,实验组在文献检索能力、学习积极性、教学内容记忆理解、临床思维能力及课堂气氛活跃度的等级分数分别为(3.79±0.943)分、(3.66±1.101)分、(4.02±0.999)分、(3.68±1.083)分、(4.16±0.853)分,明显优于对照组的(3.04±1.068)分、(3.16分±1.076)分、(3.22±1.055)分、(2.98±1.078)分、(3.28±1.051)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在心血管内科见习教学过程中,SP结合CBL整合教学法的实践教学效果优于传统教学法。

Application of standardized patients and case-based learning integrated teaching method in cardiovascularinternship.

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of case-based learning combined with standardized patients inthe teaching of cardiovascular internship. Methods A total of 118 clinical undergraduate students majored in clinicalmedicine in 2014 and 2015 grades of Hainan Medical College were divided into experimental group (n=62) and controlgroup (n=56) according to their usual scores to received different teaching methods: case-based learning combined withstandardized patients or traditional teaching method. The teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated by the resultsof theoretical test, skill test, and questionnaire survey. Results The scores of theoretical test was 79.15±0.989, significant-ly higher than 70.7±0.881 in the control group (P<0.05). The ranking scores of skill test including medical history collec-tion, history analysis, and physical examination of the experimental group were 3.85±0.899, 3.98±0.921, 4.07±0.887, sig-nificantly better than 2.84±1.095, 3.06±1.096, 2.88±1.118 of the control group (P<0.05). In addition, the results of ques-tionnaire survey showed that the scores of the experimental group was better than those in the control group in terms of theability of information retrieval, subjective initiative of learning active, understanding of teaching content, clinical ability,and classroom atmosphere (P<0.05): 3.79±0.943, 3.66±1.101, 4.02±0.999, 3.68±1.083, 4.16±0.853 in the experimentalgroup versus 3.04±1.068, 3.16±1.076, 3.22±1.055, 2.98±1.078, 3.28±1.051 in the control group. Conclusion SP com-bined with CBL integrated teaching method is superior to traditional teaching method in the process of cardiovascular in-ternship teaching, which can improve the teaching effect of cardiovascular medicine internship.
