      【摘要】 尽管骨折固定替代物和愈合的辅助手段取得了进展，但股骨干骨不连仍然是一个重要的临床问题，也是外科医生的治疗困境，具有较高的发病率。治疗方案应根据患者和骨折特点进行个体化，根据骨不连的类型，选择适当的治疗方案，实现矫正畸形、优化肌肉力量和康复，使患者能够在最短时间恢复。本文将对无菌性股骨干骨不连治疗方式作系统综述。

Research progress in the treatment of femoral shaft aseptic nonunion.

The treatment plan should be individualized according to the characteristics of patient and fracture. Ac-cording to the type of nonunion, choose the appropriate treatment plan to achieve the purpose of correcting deformity, op-timizing muscle strength and rehabilitation, so that patients can recover to the best in the shortest time. This article willsystematically review the treatment of femoral shaft aseptic nonunion.
