标题：不同血糖浓度卵巢癌患者与18F-FDG PET/CT显像关系的研究进展

      【摘要】 卵巢癌是女性生殖系统中常见的恶性肿瘤，死亡率占首位。临床观察发现，卵巢癌合并糖尿病者并不少，血糖异常的卵巢癌患者分期晚、容易复发和转移，预后较差。18F-FDG PET/CT显像可从分子水平无创探测恶性肿瘤功能及代谢的改变，在卵巢癌的诊断、分期、评估疗效和预后等方面起重要作用。本文对不同血糖浓度卵巢癌患者与 18F-FDG PET/CT显像之间关系进行综述。

Advances in the relationship between 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging and ovarian cancer patients with different bloodglucose concentrations.

Clinical observation found that ovarian cancer with diabetes is not uncommon. Ovarian can-cer patients with abnormal blood glucose have the characteristics of late stage, easy recurrence and metastasis, and poorprognosis. 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging can noninvasively detect the functional and metabolic changes of malignant tumorsat the molecular level, so it plays an important role in the diagnosis, staging, evaluation of efficacy and prognosis of ovar-ian cancer. This article reviews the relationship between ovarian cancer patients with different blood glucose levels and18F-FDG PET/CT imaging.
