      【摘要】 Graves病是一种累积多系统的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病,临床资料提示,易感基因和环境因素相互作用是疾病发生的关键因素,其中遗传因素在本病的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用。尽管已进行了大量的研究,Graves病的遗传学机制至今尚未阐明,但具有明显的遗传异质性特点。本文就Graves病常见的免疫调节基因及甲状腺特异基因的遗传异质性特征做一综述。

Genetic heterogeneity of Graves' disease.

Clinical data suggest thatthe interaction between susceptible genes and environmental factors is the key factor of disease occurrence, in which ge-netic factors play an important role in the occurrence and development of this disease. Although many studies have beencarried out, the genetic mechanism of Graves' disease has not yet been clarified, but it is clearly characterized by obviousgenetic heterogeneity. In this paper, the genetic heterogeneity of immunomodulatory genes and thyroid-specific genes inGraves's disease is reviewed.
