标题：射频治疗外阴白斑70例临床分析

      【摘要】 目的 观察射频治疗外阴白斑的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年7月至2016年12月在中国人民解放军南部战区空军医院妇产科就诊的70例外阴白色病变患者，应用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组35例，对照组患者采用传统药物 1%~2%氢化可的松软膏局部治疗，1个月为一个疗程；观察组患者应用射频治疗一个疗程。两组患者治疗后均随访12~24个月，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35)，明显高于对照组的 60.00% (21/35)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的总复发率为 24.24% (8/33)，明显低于对照组的90.47% (19/21)，差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 射频治疗外阴白斑效果好，安全无创伤，是目前治疗外阴白斑的有效方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency in the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia.Methods Seventy patients in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Air Force Hospital of Southern The-ater of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from July 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observationgroup and control group, according to the random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. Patients in thecontrol group were treated locally with 1% to 2% hydrocortisone ointment for one month, while patients in the observa-tion group were treated with radiofrequency for one month. Two groups of patients were followed up for 12 to 24months after treatment, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate ofthe observation group was 94.29% (33/35), which was significantly higher than 60.00% (21/35) of the control group (P<0.05). The total recurrence rate of the observation group was 24.24% (8/33), which was significantly lower than 90.47%(19/21) of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Radiofrequency technology for the treatment of vulvar leukoplakiais effective, safe, and non-invasive.
