标题：基于数据挖掘中药饮片治疗代谢综合征的文献研究

      【摘要】 目的 研究现有中药饮片治疗MS的文献，分析目前治疗MS的主选药物，阐明中医对MS病因病机认识和基本治法，从而为临床遣方用药提供参考和借鉴。方法 检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方、维普等数据库中 2007—2018年期间MS的相关文献，采用 Excel软件输入并统计描述。结果 在治疗MS的中药复方中，涉及109味药物，使用1 554药次。对用药频数超过20次以上的20味中药，进行聚类分析，其中健脾祛湿、活血化瘀药物用药频次居高，消食、清热、祛痰、理气药次之；经关联规则分析，关联性较高药对，主要是泽泻、丹参、山楂与补气、祛湿药的配伍组合。结论 代谢综合征常见证候为脾胃气虚、痰湿、气滞、血瘀，用药以健脾补气为主，兼祛湿化痰、理气疏肝、消食助运、活血化瘀。

A literature study on the treatment of metabolic syndrome by Chinese herbal pieces based on data mining.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the existing literature on the treatment of metabolic syndrome (MS) with Chi-nese herbal decoction piece, analyze the main drug currently used for the treatment of MS, and clarify the consensus oftraditional Chinese medicine on the pathogenesis and treatment of MS, so as to provide reference for clinical treatmentand medication. Methods The electronic databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), the WanfangData, the VIP database were searched for the relevant literatures of MS from 2007 to 2018. Excel software was used toimport data and perform statistical descriptions. Results In the Chinese herbal compound for the treatment of MS, a to-tal of 109 flavor drugs were used, and 1 554 doses were used. Cluster analysis was carried out on 20 Chinese herbal med-icines with the frequency of medication more than 20 times. Among them, the medication frequency for spleen-tonifyingand dampness-removing, blood-invigorating and stasis-removing was high, and that for digestion, heat-clearance,phlegm-removal and Qi-recuperation was the second. After analyzing the association rules, the drug pairings with highercorrelation were mainly the combination of Alisma rhizome (Ze Xie), Salvia miltiorrhiza (Dan Shen), Hawthorn berry(Shan Zha) and medication for Qi-supplement and dampness-removing. Conclusion Common syndromes of MS arespleen-stomach-Qi deficiency, phlegm-dampness, Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis. Medications are mainly used to tonifyspleen and Qi, while taking removing dampness and phlegm, Qi-recuperation and liver-soothing, helping digestion,blood-invigorating and stasis-removing into account.
