      标题:不同类型心房颤动患者血浆C反应蛋白、左房内径及D-二聚体水平分析

      【摘要】 目的 观察不同类型心房颤动(房颤)患者血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)、左房内径(LAD)及D-二聚体
(D-dimer)的水平,探讨其与房颤发生的关系。方法 选取我院及乌鲁木齐总医院心内科2009年1月至2012年3
月收治的房颤患者42例,包括持续性房颤22例和阵发性房颤20例,另选取42例非房颤者作为对照组,检测并比
较两组CRP、LAD及D-dimer水平。结果 持续性房颤组与阵发性房颤组患者CRP、LAD及D-dimer水平均显著
高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);持续性房颤组CRP与LAD水平显著高于阵发性房颤组,两组比较差
异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而持续性房颤组与阵发性房颤组D-dimer水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
结论 CRP、LAD及D-二聚体水平均与房颤相关,心房重构和炎症反应在患者房颤发生及持续中起重要作用,
且D-二聚体水平可用来判断血栓栓塞的危险程度。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the levels of C-reactive protein, left atrial diameter and D-dimer in patients
with with different types of atrial fibrillation, and to explore their relationship with atrial fibrillation. Methods For-
ty-two patients with atrial fibrillation treated in our hospital from January 2009 to March 2012 were enrolled in the study,
including 22 cases of persistent atrial fibrillation (persistent AF group) and 20 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (par-
oxysmal AF group). Forty-two patients without atrial fibrillation were selected as the control group. The levels of CRP,
LAD and D-dimer levels were detected. Results The levels of CRP, LAD and D-dimer in persistent AF group and par-
oxysmal AF group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of CRP and LAD in per-
sistent AF group were significantly higher than that in paroxysmal AF group (P<0.05). The D-dimer levels in persistent
AF group and paroxysmal AF group showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The levels of
CRP, LAD and D-dimer are associated with atrial fibrillation. Atrial remodeling and inflammatory response play an im-
portant role in patients with atrial fibrillation, and D-dimer levels can be used to determine thromboembolic risk of level.
