标题：多层螺旋CT血管造影诊断脑动静脉畸形的应用价值

      【摘要】 目的 评价多层螺旋CT血管造影对脑动静脉畸形的诊断价值。方法 收集73例脑动静脉畸形
患者的多层螺旋CT的原始数据图像，分别采用最大密度投影、容积再现技术及多层面重建技术观察脑动静脉畸
形情况。分析不同重建方法对颅内血管畸形的显示能力，并与手术或数字血管减影（DSA）结果对比，评估多层
螺旋CT脑血管造影的诊断价值。结果 73例畸形血管团的CTA显示结果与手术及DSA结果完全一致。其中
畸形血管团位于颞叶21例、枕叶17例、顶叶13例、小脑22例。73例中单支动脉供血者19例，双支动脉供血者37
例，三支及以上动脉供血者16例。所有病例引流静脉均显示清楚，显影时相较正常引流静脉明显提前，单支引流
静脉23例，双支引流静脉27例，三支及以上静脉23例。结论 多层螺旋CT血管造影安全、快速，结合多种重建
方法，可以清晰显示脑动静脉畸形的供血动脉、瘤巢及引流静脉，为临床治疗提供了可靠的信息。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT Angiography (MSCTA) in the diagnosis
of cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM). Methods MSCTA original images of 73 patients with AVM were
Collected, the cerebral vessel image with help of the maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR)
were observed. Results MSCTA displayed 73 patients had malformed vascular vest, which was located in temporal
lobe of 21 patients, in occipital lobe of 17 patients, in paretal lobe of 13 patients and in cerebellum of 22 patients. The
feeding arteries were revealed that 19 patients had single feeding artery, 37 patients had double feeding arteries and 26
patients had three feeding arteries. The draining veins were pictured in all the 27 patients had single draining vein, 8
patients had double draining veins, and 23 patients had four draining veins. Conclusion MSCTA can clearly display
the details of AVM, which is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of AVM.
