标题：海南省非医学类大学生院前急救教育现状及需求调查分析

      【摘要】 目的 调查海南省非医学类大学生院前急救教育现状及需求，了解大学生对相关急救知识与技能的掌握情况。方法 于2019年10月1日至11月1日随机选取海南大学、海南师范大学、海南热带海洋学院、琼台师范学院共4所非医学类大学生为对象，使用问卷调查分析法、走访调查分析、定性与定量相结合等方法，分析海南省非医学类学生的院前急救行为、态度、行为等。结果 本次调查共发放问卷 580份，有效问卷 576份，有效率为99.31%。其中65.21%的海南省非医学类大学生通过网络媒体获取院前急救知识，仅25.17%参加过相关急救培训，急救培训普及率较低，主要原因为无免费培训，占51.64%；院前急救行为调查发现约55.24%的大学生能通过症状判断出心脏骤停，47.20%能准确了解CPR按压深度，32.52%的大学生熟知CPR按压频率，10.31%的大学生知道胸外按压正确部位；急救态度调查结果显示，82.69%的大学生表示遇到需要紧急救护的事件不敢进行救助，但仍有76.57%的大学生愿意进行紧急救护，23.43%的大学生不愿意进行紧急救护，其主要原因为担心自己急救能力不够、怕被别人误会等；受访学生约98.78%认为有必要开展全民急救知识普及和自救互救技能培训，如学校开设该项急救课程，98.21%的受访学生均表示愿意参加相关课程。结论 海南非医学类大学生具有院前急救知识普及率低、急救知识存在明显误区、社会及学校重视程度低、相关法律体系不完善等情况，需大力加强对在校大学生院前急救知识培训以提高海南大学生心肺复苏普及率。

Investigation and analysis on the present situation and demand of pre-hospital first aid education fornon-medical college students in Hainan Province.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current situation and needs of pre-hospital first aid education fornon-medical college students in Hainan Province, and to understand their mastery of relevant first aid knowledge andskills Methods From October 1, 2019 to November 1, 2019, the non-medical college students from 4 universities inHainan Province (Hainan University, Hainan Normal University, Hainan Tropical Ocean University, Qiongtai NormalUniversity) were selected as subjects. Their attitude and behavior of pre-hospital emergency were analyzed by question-naire, interview survey, and qualitative and quantitative methods. Results A total of 580 questionnaires were sent out,of which 576 (99.31%) were collected and qualified. Among them, 65.21% non-medical college students in Hainan prov-ince acquired pre-hospital first aid knowledge through online media, and only 25.17% had participated in relevant firstaid training, indicating a low prevalence rate of first aid training. The main reason was that there was no free training, ac-counting for 51.64%. The survey on pre-hospital first-aid behavior found that about 55.24% of college students couldjudge cardiac arrest by symptoms, 47.20% could accurately understand the depth of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR), 32.52% knew the frequency of CPR, and 10.31% knew the correct location of chest compressions. According tothe survey results of first-aid attitude, 82.69% of college students said that they were afraid to give emergency aid in caseof emergencies, but 76.57% were still willing to give emergency aid and 23.43% were not willing to give emergency aid.The main reasons were that they were afraid of their poor first-aid ability and being misunderstood by others. About98.78% of the surveyed students believed that it was necessary to carry out nationwide popularization of first-aid knowl-edge and self-rescue skills training, and 98.21% of the surveyed students were willing to participate in relevant courses ifschools offered such first-aid courses. Conclusion There are many problems regarding pre-hospital first aid educationin non-medical college students in Hainan, including low penetration rate of pre-hospital first aid knowledge, obviousmisunderstanding of first aid knowledge, low attention from society and school, and imperfect relevant legal system. It isnecessary to strengthen the pre-hospital first aid knowledge training for college students and improve the popularity rateof CPR among college students in Hainan.
