标题：目标导向液体治疗在肾移植术中的应用

      【摘要】 同种异体肾移植手术作为终末期肾病患者的最终治疗方法，近年来手术成功率明显提高，为促进术后移植肾的功能恢复，需要密切关注围术期的管理，尤其是液体治疗。目标导向液体治疗是围术期血流动力学监测的重要的手段之一，可优化血流动力学的管理，从而改善移植肾的功能与预后。然而目前对于确切有效的目标导向液体治疗方案仍然有待商榷，因此本文对围术期目标导向液体治疗的相关指标做一综述，以期为临床液体治疗的管理工作提供参考。

Application of target-directed fluid therapy in kidney transplantation.

In order to promote the functional recovery of the transplantedkidney after surgery, close attention to the perioperative management, especially fluid therapy, is required. Goal-directedfluid therapy is one of the important means of perioperative hemodynamic monitoring, which can optimize hemodynam-ic management and thus improve the function and prognosis of the transplanted kidney. However, the exact and effectivetarget-oriented fluid therapy is still open to debate. Therefore, this article reviews the relevant indicators of perioperativetarget-directed fluid therapy, with a view to providing reference for the management of clinical fluid therapy.
