标题：海口高校大学生健康素养现况调查及影响因素分析

      【摘要】 目的 了解在“国家卫生城市”等一系列创建示范工作背景下海口高校大学生健康素养现况及影响因素，为有关部门制定健康教育策略和措施提供科学依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法于 2020年 9~11月从海口市内随机抽取两所全日制高校 1 812名本科生进行问卷调查，不同特征人群的健康素养水平比较采用χ2检验，影响因素采用二分类变量的Logistic回归分析。结果 海口高校大学生健康素养水平为 51.16%，健康素养 3个方面的具备率由高到低依次为基本知识与理念(63.85%)、健康生活方式与行为(36.31%)、基本健康技能(33.66%)。由二元 Logistic回归分析得出专业、民族、户籍及是否吸烟是影响高校大学生健康素养的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 海口高校大学生健康素养水平高于全国大学生平均水平，但各维度的知晓率差异较大，学生专业、民族、户籍所在地、是否吸烟为影响因素。相关部门应针对薄弱环节，调整教育卫生知识结构，进一步提升学生健康知识水平。

Investigation and analysis of influencing factors on the current status of health literacy of college students inHaikou.

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the health literacy of col-lege students in Haikou under the background of a series of demonstration work such as“National Health City”, and toprovide scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate health education strategies and measures. Methods FromSeptember to November in 2020, the stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to randomly select 1 812 undergrad-uates from two full-time universities in Haikou to conduct a questionnaire survey. The health literacy level of differentgroups was compared by χ2 test, and the influencing factors were analyzed by binary logistic regression. Results Thehealth literacy level of college students in Haikou was 51.16%. The possession rate of three aspects of health literacywere, in descending order, basic knowledge and concepts (63.85%), healthy lifestyle and behavior (36.31%), and basichealth skills (33.66%). The binary logistic regression analysis showed that major, ethnicity, household registration andsmoking were the main factors affecting the health literacy of college students. (P<0.05). Conclusion Although thehealth literacy level of Haikou college students is higher than the national average level of college students, the aware-ness rate of each dimension is quite different. The major, ethnicity, household registration and smoking are the influenc-ing factors. Relevant departments should adjust the structure of education and health knowledge based on weak links tofurther improve the level of students' health knowledge.
