      【摘要】 咽鼓管功能障碍(ETD)为咽鼓管(ET)正常功能发挥失效引起的一系列综合征。该疾病的诊断大多基于临床症状及电耳镜下鼓膜运动情况,但到目前为止,仍无诊断的金标准。为了克服这一点,临床已经开发并持续研究了许多检测ET通气功能的方法,如:ET声测法、TMM、九步法、TTAG等客观测试方法。但这些是间接评估其功能的方法,不能定位ET病灶,因此使用计算机断层扫描(CT)和磁共振成像(MRI)进行视觉评估的研究是近年来ETD研究的热点。本综述旨在回顾影像学在ET的解剖中的表现及在评估ETD中的作用。

Imaging evaluation of eustachian tube and eustachian tube dysfunction.

TheSecond People's Hospital of Foshan/Foshan Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University, Foshan 528000, Guangdong,CHINA【Abstract】 Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD) is a series of syndromes caused by the failure of the normal func-tion of the eustachian tube (ET). Most ETDs are diagnosed based on clinical symptoms and ear drum movement underelectric otoscope, but so far, there is still no gold standard method for diagnosis. In order to overcome this, many objec-tive methods for detecting ET ventilation function have been developed and continuously studied, such as sonotubome-try, TMM, nine-step, and TTAG. However, these methods are indirect functional evaluations and cannot locate ET le-sions. Therefore, the use of computer tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for visual evaluation hasbecome a hot spot in ETD research in recent years. This review aims to summarize the performance of imaging in theanatomy of ET and its role in evaluating ETD.
