      标题:MRI与CT在膝关节损伤患者半月板及关节周围组织损伤诊断中的临床价值

      【摘要】 目的 比较磁共振成像(MRI)与电子断层扫描(CT)在诊断膝关节损伤患者半月板及关节周围组织损伤中的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析榆林市中医医院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的80例膝关节损伤患者的临床资料,以关节镜手术的结果为参考依据,对比分析患者的MRI、CT的影像检查资料和患者膝关节手术的术后诊断情况。结果 以关节镜手术结果为判定标准,MRI的膝关节损伤总检出率为 96.25%,明显高于CT的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在骨骼损伤的检测上MRI的检出率为96.30%,明显高于CT的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在韧带损伤检测上,MRI的检出率为100.00%,明显高于CT的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在半月板损伤检测上,MRI的检出率为100.00%,明显高于CT的61.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在关节内积液的检测上,MRI的检出率为89.47%,明显高于CT的57.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI在膝关节损伤患者半月板及关节周围组织损伤诊断中能够提供比CT更加丰富准确的诊断信息,为患者的后续治疗带来更多便利和帮助。

Clinical value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of meniscus and periarticular tissue injury in patients with kneejoint injury.

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomog-raphy (CT) in the diagnosis of meniscus and periarticular tissue damage in patients with knee joint injury. Methods Theclinical data of 80 patients with knee joint injuries admitted to Yulin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June2016 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Based on the results of arthroscopic surgery, the MRI and CT imagingdata of the patients and the postoperative diagnosis of the knee surgery were compared. Results Taking the results of ar-throscopic surgery as the criterion, the total detection rate of knee injury of MRI was 96.25%, which was significantlyhigher than 70.00% of CT (P<0.05). In the detection of bone injury, the detection rate of MRI was 96.30%, which wassignificantly higher than 77.78% of CT (P<0.05). In the detection of ligament injury, the detection rate of MRI was100.00%, which was significantly higher than 76.19% of CT (P<0.05). In the meniscal injury test, the detection rate ofMRI was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 61.54% of CT (P<0.05). In the detection of intra-articular fluid,the detection rate of MRI was 89.47%, which was significantly higher than 57.89% of CT (P<0.05). Conclusion MRIcan provide more accurate and accurate diagnostic information than CT in the diagnosis of meniscus and periarticular tis-sue damage in patients with knee injury, which brings more convenience and help to the follow-up treatment of patients.
