      【摘要】 胎盘植入是孕产期极其凶险的并发症。随着二胎政策的全面放开、剖宫产率的攀升、子宫肌瘤剔除术及人工流产术的增多,胎盘植入的发生率逐年升高。胎盘植入是围产期凶险性大出血的常见原因,因此,及时准确的诊断胎盘植入尤为重要。超声是胎盘植入的首选检查方式,但超声的空间和组织分辨率低,在后壁胎盘、孕妇肥胖、羊水过少等特殊情况下准确性受到影响。磁共振无电离辐射,具有多平面成像能力、视野宽阔及良好的组织分辨率,作为超声的补充越来越多地被用于诊断胎盘异常的病例中。本文就磁共振在胎盘植入的诊断进展进行综述。

With the imple-mentation of the two-child policy, the rise of cesarean section rate, the increase of myomectomy and artificial abortion,the incidence of placenta accreta has been increasing year by year. Placenta accreta is a common cause of perinatal hem-orrhage. Therefore, the diagnosis of placenta accreta in a timely and accurate manner is particularly important. Ultra-sound is the preferred method for placenta accreta. However, the spatial and tissue resolution of ultrasound is low, andthe accuracy of ultrasound would decrease in special circumstances such as posterior placenta, maternal obesity and oli-gohydramnios. Because magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has no radiation, multi-plane imaging ability, wide field ofvision, and good tissue resolution, it has been increasingly used in the diagnosis of placental abnormalities as a supple-mentary means of ultrasound. This article reviews the progress of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of placen-tal accreta.
