      【摘要】 上消化道出血是临床上常见的危急症，目前的诊疗方式主要包括药物治疗、内镜治疗、介入治疗和手术治疗，各种治疗方式各有优势与不足，多学科诊疗可以充分发挥各科优势，根据病情为患者制定个体化的治疗方案，显著提高患者成功救治率。

The current methods of diagnosisand treatment mainly include drug, endoscope, intervention and surgery. Various treatments have their own advantagesand disadvantages. Multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment can give full play to the advantages of various subjects. Ac-cording to the condition, individualized treatment plans are formulated for patients, which significantly improves the suc-cessful treatment rate of patients.
