      【摘要】 尺骨茎突骨折是由外伤所致常伴发于桡骨远端骨折的骨折，临床较常见。但学术界关于尺骨茎突骨折对下尺桡关节稳定性影响、是否需要治疗、治疗方法及治疗时机的选择一直存在争议。本文就尺骨茎突骨折治疗相关进展进行综述。

Progress in the treatment of ulnar styloid fractures.

However, there has been controversy in academic circles about the effect of ulnar styloid pro-cess fracture on the stability of lower ulnar and radial joint, the need for treatment, the treatment method and the choiceof treatment time. This article reviews the progress in the treatment of ulnar styloid fractures in order to provide refer-ence for clinical treatment.
