标题：补肾解毒方对恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨补肾解毒方对恶性肿瘤患者化疗后骨髓抑制的影响。方法 选择渭南市第二医院肿瘤科于2015年1月至2017年8月期间收治的84例恶性肿瘤化疗患者为研究对象，根据随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组42例，对照组患者给予化疗及常规对症支持治疗，观察组患者则在对照组患者的治疗基础上联合应用补肾解毒方治疗，疗程均为2个月。比较两组患者化疗前后的血白细胞、中性粒细胞计数和KPS评分变化，以及治疗期间抗生素使用率。结果 化疗后，观察组患者的白细胞及中性粒细胞计数分别为(4.07±0.94)×109/L、(2.53±1.41)×109/L，明显高于对照组的(2.17±0.79)×109/L、(1.08±0.58)×109/L，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的抗生素使用率为 7.14%，明显低于对照组的 26.19%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；化疗后，观察组患者的KPS评分为(85.23±12.19)分，明显高于对照组的(71.57±14.52)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 恶性肿瘤患者化疗时联合应用补肾解毒方可以有效改善化疗后骨髓抑制情况，降低感染等并发症发生的风险，进而明显改善患者的生存质量。

Effect of Bushen Jiedu Decoction on myelosuppression after chemotherapy of malignant tumor.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Jiedu Decoction on myelosuppression after chemo-therapy of malignant tumor. Methods A total of 84 patients on chemotherapy for malignant tumor were selected as sub-jects, who were admitted to the oncology department at the Second Hospital of Weinan during January 2015 and August2017. They were randomly divided into observation group (n=42) and control group (n=42) according to the randomnumber table method. The control group was treated with chemotherapy and conventional symptomatic care, and the ob-servation group was treated with Bushen Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group; both thecourse of treatment were 2 months. The changes of the two groups in white blood cells count, neutrophils count, andKPS scores were compared before and after chemotherapy; and the use of antibiotics during treatment was compared be-tween the two groups. Results After chemotherapy, the white blood cells and neutrophils count in the observationgroup was respectively (4.07±0.94)×109/L and (2.53±1.41)×109/L, which was significantly higher than the corresponding(2.17±0.79)×109/L and (1.08±0.58)×109/L in the control group (P<0.05). The antibiotic use rate in the observation groupwas 7.14% , which was significantly lower than 26.19% in the control group (P<0.05). After chemotherapy, the KPSscore in the observation group was 85.23±12.19, which was significantly higher than 71.57±14.52 in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of Bushen Jiedu Decoction in patients with malignant tumor can effectively im-prove myelosuppression after chemotherapy, reduce the risk of complications such as infection, and then significantly im-prove the patients’quality of life.
