      【摘要】 LncRNA是一种长度大于200 nt、不编码蛋白质、由RNA聚合酶Ⅱ合成的一类功能性RNA分子，在基因表达调控中起着重要作用，广泛参与调控个体的生长发育以及细胞分化、增殖、凋亡等生命活动，广泛参与机体的生理及病理过程。目前LncRNA的数量、功能和作用机制尚不完全清楚。近来许多研究显示，LncRNA在急性冠脉综合征中起着潜在作用。本文就LncRNA在急性冠脉综合征中可能发挥的作用综述。

Department of Cardiology, Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University, Zunyi 563000, Guizhou, CHINA【Abstract】 LncRNA is a kind of functional RNA molecule with a length of more than 200 nt, which does not en-code protein and is synthesized by RNA polymerase II. LncRNA plays an important role in the regulation of gene expres-sion, it is widely involved in regulating the growth and development of individuals, cell differentiation, proliferation andapoptosis, and is widely participate in the physiological and pathological processes of the body. Now the number, func-tion and mechanism of LncRNA are not fully understood. Recently, many studies have shown that LncRNA plays a po-tential role in acute coronary syndrome. This article reviews the possible role of LncRNA in acute coronary syndrome.
