      标题:四种基质金属蛋白酶基因多态性与头颈癌风险的Meta分析

      【摘要】 目的 应用Meta分析评价基质金属蛋白酶家族的基因多态性与头颈部肿瘤的发生发展的关联性。方法 通过检索 PubMed、ISI知识网、MEDLINE、Embase、谷歌学术和 CNKI等数据库,检索获得所有评估MMP1-1607 1G/2G、MMP2-1306 C/T、MMP3-1171 5A/6A和MMP9-1562 C/T多态性与头颈部癌症风险的相关性的研究,检索范围建库至2018年7月,采用比值比(odds ratio,ORs)及其95%可信区间(95% Confidence Interval,95%CI)来评估MMPs基因多态性与其发病风险的关联性。结果 总共检索286篇文献,经过筛选,最终有24篇文献被纳入本研究,其中40项研究为病例对照研究,最终有20 815例研究对象(9 969例头颈癌患者和10 846例健康对照者)纳入研究。数据分析结果显示,MMP1-16071G/2G、MMP2-1306C/T和MMP9-1562C/T多态性与头颈部癌症风险显著相关,特别是在亚洲人群中。结论 MMP1-1607 1G/2G、MMP2-1306 C/T和MMP9-1562 C/T多态性与头颈癌的风险显著相关,具有潜在的种族特异性效应。

ssociation between four polymorphisms in matrix metalloproteinase genes and head/neck cancer risk: ameta-analysis.

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the association between gene polymorphism of matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) family and the occurrence and development of head and neck tumors by meta-analysis. Methods By search-ing PubMed, ISI Knowledge Network, MEDLINE, Embase, Google Scholar, and CNKI databases, all the studies of as-sessing the association between MMP1-1607 1G/2G, MMP2-1306 C/T, MMP3-1171 5A/6A, MMP9-1562 C/T poly-morphisms and head and neck cancer risk were retrieved, from inception to July 2018. And then, we analyzed the rela-tionship of the gene polymorphism of MMPs with the occurrence and development of head and neck tumors based oddsratio (ORs) and 95% confidence interval (95% 95%CI). Results A total of 286 articles were retrieved, and 24 were in-cluded in the study after screening, involving 40 case-control studies and 20 815 subjects (9 969 patients with head andneck cancer and 10 846 healthy controls). The analysis showed that MMP1-16071G/2G, MMP2-1306C/T, andMMP9-1562C/T polymorphisms were significantly associated with head and neck cancer risk, especially in Asian popu-lations. Conclusion The meta-analysis showed that MMP 1-1607 1G/2G, MMP 2-1306 C/T, and MMP 9-1562 C/T poly-morphisms were significantly associated with the risk of head and neck cancer, and had potential race-specific effects.
