标题：甘油三酯葡萄糖乘积指数与甘油三酯高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值评价代谢综合征的价值

      【摘要】 目的 比较甘油三酯葡萄糖乘积指数(TyG index)与甘油三酯高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(TG/HDL-C)对代谢综合征(MS)的评价作用，选择筛查MS的简易指标。方法 选取2015年1~12月于北京市房山区第一医院门诊体检人员349例(年龄20~66)岁，分别进行询问病史、体格检查、生化检查，并计算TyG index、TG/HDL-C。依据中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS)诊断标准诊断MS患者 125例。对MS组与非MS组受试者的 TyG index、TG/HDL-C数据进行比较。采用 SPSS18.0统计软件绘制TyG index、TG/HDL-C评价MS受试者的工作特征(ROC)曲线，计算曲线下面积(AUC)，并采用MedCalc16.8软件对AUC进行分析。结果 349例受试者中男性134例，MS 51例；女性215例，MS 74例；MS组患者的TyG index和TG/HDL-C均值分别为(9.3±0.6)、(2.4±2.1)，均明显高于非MS组的(8.5±0.5)和(1.2±1.2)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；男性TyG index、TG/HDL-C评价MS的AUC分别为0.88、0.81，二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；女性TyG index、TG/HDL-C评价MS的AUC分别为0.85、0.83，两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；总体TyG index、TG/HDL-C评价MS的AUC分别为0.86、0.82，二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；TyG index评价MS风险切点，男性 8.83，女性 8.72，总体 8.80；TG/HDL-C评价MS风险切点，男性1.48，女性 1.21，总体 1.21。结论 TyG index及TG/HDL-C均与MS密切相关；TyG index在男性及总体人群中对MS风险的评价作用优于TG/HDL-C，适于作为MS的筛查指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the function of triglyceride-glucose product (TyG index) and triglycer-ide-to-high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (TG/HDL-C) in the evaluation of metabolic syndrome (MS), and to de-termine the screening indicator of MS. Methods A total of 349 subjects (aged 20 to 66) who had a medical examina-tion at Beijing Fangshan First Hospital during Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2015 were included in this analysis. The subjects wereasked about their medical history, and all underwent physical examination and biochemical examination. The value ofTyG index and TG/HDL-C were calculated. A total of 125 patients were diagnosed as MS according to the Chinese Dia-betes Society (CDS) criteria. TyG index and TG/HDL-C mean values were compared between MS patients and non-MSpatients. SPSS18.0 was used to draw the ROC curve of TyG index and TG/HDL-C for the diagnosis MS and to calculatethe area under the curve (AUC). The AUC was compared and analyzed with MedCalc16.8 software.
