      【摘要】 轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)是介于正常衰老与痴呆之间的一种过渡状态，其临床转归多导致痴呆。随着中国社会老龄化的逐渐加剧，MCI的发病率逐年上升，因此，积极寻找MCI相关影响因素，早期预防其发生发展，对防治痴呆具有重要意义。中医体质学说作为中医辨证理论的重要内容，随着与其相关探讨的不断深入，提示其与疾病的临床发生、发展密切相关，而且痴呆与中医体质的相关性研究近几年也逐步获得重视，本文采用文献分析，系统总结痴呆中有关体质学说的研究内容，进一步证明轻度认知功能障碍与体质的相关性，为痴呆的早期干预及开展研究开辟一条新的临床及科研新思路。

Withthe increasing aging of Chinese society, the incidence of MCI is increasing year by year. Therefore, it is very importantto search for the related factors of MCI and to prevent its occurrence and development in the early stage. As an importantpart of TCM syndrome differentiation system, more and more studies have found that physique theory is closely relatedto the occurrence, outcome and prognosis of diseases, among which the research on the correlation between dementiaand TCM constitution has been paid more and more attention in recent years. Based on the literature analysis, this papersystematically summarizes the related problems in dementia. The research contents of constitution theory further confirmthe correlation between mild cognitive dysfunction and constitution, and open up a new clinical and scientific researchidea for the early prevention and research of dementia.
