      标题:骨肽结合种植牙治疗粉碎性牙槽骨骨折疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察骨肽注射液结合种植牙修复治疗粉碎性牙槽骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取佛山市高明区人民医院口腔科2014年5月至2017年2月收治的80例粉碎性牙槽骨骨折患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组单纯采用种植牙修复治疗,观察组则采用骨肽注射液结合种植牙修复治疗,比较两组修复后3、6、12个月的种植体骨吸收量及牙龈指数(GI指数)差异,并评价两组患者修复1年后牙齿松动情况及整体修复效果。结果 观察组患者修复后 3、6、12个月GI指数分别为(0.83±0.25)、(0.61±0.29)和(0.43±0.21),植体骨吸收量分别为(1.61±0.34) mm、(0.53±0.23) mm和(0.59±0.29) mm,对照组修复后3、6、12个月GI指数分别为(1.03±0.24)、(0.78±0.27)和(0.62±0.23),植体骨吸收量分别为(1.38±0.36) mm、(0.78±0.28) mm和(0.83±0.28) mm,观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复 1年后,观察组和对照组患者的牙齿Ⅰ度(15.0% vs 20.0%)、Ⅱ度(2.5% vs17.5%)、Ⅲ度(0 vs 7.5%)松动度比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复1年后,观察组患者的修复总合格率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 种植牙修复联合骨肽注射液治疗粉碎性牙槽骨骨折可快速促进骨折愈合,恢复牙颌功能,其疗效确切,值得临床推广。

herapeutic effect of bone peptide combined with dental implant in the treatment of comminuted alveolarfracture.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of bone peptide injection combined with dental implant inthe treatment of comminuted alveolar fracture. Methods A total of 80 patients with comminuted alveolar fracture treat-ed in the Department of Stomatology at Gaoming District People's Hospital from May 2014 to February 2017 were se-lected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The controlgroup was treated with dental implants only, and the observation group was treated with bone peptide injection combinedwith dental implant. The differences of implant bone resorption and gingival index (GI index) at 3, 6 and 12 months afterrepair were compared between the two groups. The tooth loosening and the overall restoration effect after 1 year of re-pair in both groups were evaluated. Results Of the observation group, the GI index at 3, 6 and 12 months after repairwere respectively 0.83±0.25, 0.61±0.29 and 0.43±0.21; and the bone absorptive capacity of the implant were respective-ly (1.61±0.34) mm, (0.53±0.23) mm and (0.53±0.25) mm. Of the control group, the GI index at the 3, 6 and 12 monthsafter repair were respectively 1.03±0.24, 0.78±0.27 and 0.62±0.23; the bone resorption of the implant were respectively(1.38±0.36) mm, (0.78±0.28) mm and (0.83±0.28) mm. The observation group was better than the control group, and thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 year of repair, the looseness degree of the teethⅠdegree (15.0%vs 20.0%), Ⅱ degree (2.5% vs 17.5%) and Ⅲ degree (0 vs 7.5%) in the observation group was significantly lower thanthose in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 year of repair, the total qual-ified rate of the observation group (95.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%), and the differ-ence was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Dental implant prosthesis combined with bone peptide injec-tion for the treatment of comminuted alveolar fracture can quickly promote fracture healing and restore dental function.It can promote fracture healing quickly and restore the function of tooth and jaw. Its curative effect is definite and worthyof clinical popularization.
