标题：二氧化锆全瓷冠与金属烤瓷冠在前牙修复中的应用效果比较

      【摘要】 目的 比较二氧化锆全瓷冠与金属烤瓷冠在前牙修复中的应用效果。方法 选取 2014年 6月至2017年5月间在百色市人民医院口腔科接受前牙全冠修复的200例患者为研究对象，根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组 100例 100颗患牙。对照组采用钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复，观察组采用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复，治疗后 1周，比较两组患者的治疗效果，随访1年，比较两组外形、颜色匹配、边缘密合度及牙龈着色情况。结果 观察组和对照组患者的治疗总有效率分别为98.0%和94.0%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组患者的牙龈炎症发生率为18.0%，明显低于对照组的36.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；随访1年，两组在外形合格率方面比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而观察组和对照组在颜色匹配(100.0% vs 84.0%)、边缘密合度合格(100.0% vs 88.0%)及无牙龈着色(100.0% vs 90.0%)方面比较，观察组均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在前牙修复中，二氧化锆全瓷冠较钴铬合金烤瓷冠具有更高的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the application effect of zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crowns and porce-lain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crowns in anterior teeth restoration. Methods A total of 200 patients who received fullcrown restoration in Department of Stomatology of Baise People's Hospital from June 2014 to May 2017 were selectedas the study subjects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random numbertable method, with 100 teeth in each group. The teeth in the control group were repaired with cobalt-chromium (Co-Cr)alloy porcelain crowns, and those in the observation group were repaired with zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crowns.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared one week after treatment. After one year of follow-up, the ap-pearance, color matching, marginal fit and gingival eroticism of the two groups were compared. Results The total ef-fective rate of the observation group and the control group were 98.0% and 94.0% , respectively (P>0.05); the inci-dence of gingivitis in the observation group was 18.0%, which was significantly lower than 36.0% in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of appearance between the two groups after one yearof follow-up (P>0.05). The color matching (100.0% vs 84.0%), edge closure (100.0% vs 88.0%) and no gingival stain-ing (100.0% vs 90.0% ) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crowns have higher application value than Co-Cr alloy ceramic crowns inthe anterior teeth restoration.
