标题：强脉冲光联合清热解毒方治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨强脉冲光联合清热解毒方治疗热毒蕴结型面部激素依赖性皮炎的效果。方法 选取2014年1月至2017年2月三年期间北京市西城区广外医院皮肤科收治的100例热毒蕴结型面部激素依赖性皮炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上采用强脉冲光联合清热解毒方治疗，对照组在常规药物治疗的基础上予以蓝科肤宁治疗，疗程均为8周。采用皮损症状评分评估受试者的皮损程度，依据疗效判定标准评估受试者的治疗效果，采用皮肤表皮测定仪测定受试者表皮含水量。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的皮损评分为(4.90±0.84)分，明显低于对照组的(7.31±1.44)分，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.0%，明显高于对照组的 74.0%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的表皮含水量为(32.85±4.12)%，明显高于对照组的(28.03±3.79)%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 强脉冲光联合清热解毒方可有效降低热毒蕴结型面部激素依赖性皮炎患者皮损评分、提升表皮含水量，从而提高疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of intense pulsed light combined with Qingre Jiedu recipe(clearing away heat and toxic materials) on skin lesion score, epidermal water content and dandruff inflammatory levelin patients with hormone-dependent facial dermatitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with heat-toxic hormone-depen-dent facial dermatitis, who admitted to Department of Dermatology, Guangwai Hospital of Xicheng District of Beijingfrom January 2014 to February 2017, were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group accord-ing to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with intense pulsedlight combined with Qingre Jiedu recipe, while the control group was treated with Lankefuning, all for 8 weeks. The de-gree of skin lesion was assessed by skin symptom score. The degree of curative effect was assessed according to the crite-rion. The skin water content was measured by skin epidermis tester. Results After the treatment, the score of skin le-sions in the observation group was (4.90±0.84), which was significantly lower than (7.31±1.44) in the control group (P<0.05); the effective rate in the observation group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than 74.0% in the controlgroup (P<0.05); the water content of epidermis in the observation group was (32.85±4.12)%, which was significantlyhigher than (28.03±3.79)% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intensive pulsed light combined with Qingre Jie-du recipe can effectively reduce the skin lesion score of patients with heat-toxic facial hormone-dependent dermatitis andimprove the skin water content, thereby improving the curative effect.
