标题：双Endobutton钢板治疗锁骨肩峰端骨折15例体会

      【摘要】 目的 探讨双Endobutton钢板治疗锁骨肩峰端骨折的临床疗效。方法 15例锁骨肩峰端骨折患
者，采用双Endobutton钢板内固定治疗。术后关节功能评估采用牛津术后肩关节评分标准。结果 所有患者
均获随访，骨折复位满意，其中满意 14例，轻中度关节炎 1例，无中重度关节炎和严重关节炎，满意度为
93.3%。结论 双Endobutton钢板治疗锁骨肩峰端骨折术后肩锁关节功能恢复快，临床疗效满意，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of double Endobutton plate in the treatment
of the fracture of acromial end clavicle. Methods Fifteen patients with fracture of acromial end clavicle were
treated by double Endobutton plate. The therapeutic effects were evaluated according to Oxford shoulder score
(OSS). Results All the patients were followed up, the bone fracture reposition was satisfactory. Fourteen cases were
graded as excellent, 1 was found with slight arthritis, and no case was found with moderate and severe arthritis. The
overall satisfaction rate was 93.3%. Conclusion For fracture of acromial end clavicle, double Endobutton plate is ef-
fective with fast postoperative rehabilitation and satisfactory therapeutic effects, which is worthy to be popularized.
