标题：快速康复外科护理在腹股沟疝患者无张力疝修补术中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨快速康复外科护理在促进无张力腹股沟疝修补术患者术后恢复和提高护理满意度中的作用。方法 选择2016年8月至2018年6月期间深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院外科收治的114例腹股沟疝患者为研究对象，根据随机数表法分为观察组(n=56)和对照组(n=58)，所有患者均接受无张力修补术治疗。对照组应用常规护理，观察组则应用快速康复外科护理，比较两组患者围手术期的临床指标及出院时的护理满意度。结果 观察组患者术后进食时间、下床时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间分别为(6.3±3.6) h、(7.8±3.9) h、(20.7±5.4) h、(6.7±2.9) d，均明显短于对照组的(26.6±8.4) h、(19.7±6.5) h、(25.3±8.9) h、(8.2±3.8) d，术后VAS评分为(2.9±0.8)分，低于对照组的(4.2±1.4)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的护理满意度为92.86%，明显高于对照组的81.03%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 快速康复外科护理应用于腹股沟疝无张力修补术，可以有效促进患者术后恢复，缩短住院时间，同时提高护理满意度。

Application of fast track surgery nursing in patients with inguinal hernia after tension free hernia repair.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of fast track surgery nursing in promoting postoperative recoveryand improving nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing tension-free inguinal hernia repair. Methods A total of 114patients with inguinal hernia who were treated in the Department of Surgery, Baoan District Shiyan People's Hospital ofShenzhen City, from August 2016 to June 2018 were selected as subjects. They were divided into observation group (n=56) and control group (n=58) according to the random number table method. All patients received tension-free repair.The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given fast track surgery nursing. The peri-operative clinical indexes and the nursing satisfaction at the time of discharge were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative feeding time, out of bed time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the patients inthe observation group were (6.3±3.6) h, (7.8±3.9) h, (20.7±5.4) h, and (6.7±2.9) d, respectively, which were significantlyshorter than (26.6±8.4) h, (19.7±6.5) h, (25.3±8.9) h, and (8.2±3.8) d in the control group, respectively; and the postoper-ative VAS score was (2.9±3.8), which was lower than (4.2±1.4) in the control group; all differences were statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.86%, which was significantly higher than81.03% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application offast track surgery nursing in tension-free inguinal hernia repair can effectively promote postoperative recovery, shortenhospitalization time, and improve nursing satisfaction.
