标题：胃癌术前分期的影像学研究进展

      【摘要】 胃癌是位居世界第四的恶性肿瘤，晚期胃癌预后较差。主要的治疗方法是手术治疗，精准术前分期对治疗方案选择至关重要。目前临床上胃癌术前分期主要依靠影像学检查，该文结合近几年相关文献的影像学技术(X线计算机断层显像、磁共振成像、超声内镜、超声造影、正电子发射计算机断层显像)对胃癌术前TNM分期的诊断进行综述。

Progress in the imaging of preoperative staging of gastric cancer.

Surgical treat-ment is the main treatment method. Precise preoperative staging is very important to the choice of treatment plan. Atpresent, the preoperative staging of gastric cancer mainly depends on the imaging examination. This article summarizedthe diagnosis of the preoperative TNM staging of gastric cancer by combining the imaging techniques (X-ray computedtomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), endoscopic ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, posi-tron emission computed tomography ) of the relevant literature in recent years.
