标题：双重建钢板治疗肱骨远段骨折29例疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨重建钢板治疗肱骨远段骨折的临床疗效。方法 29例肱骨远段骨折，骨折AO/ASIF
分型：A3型5例；B1型14例，B2型8例，C1型2例，其中骨不愈合2例，伴桡神经损伤3例。采取劈开肱三头肌的入
路，有桡神经损伤的同时探查桡神经，直视下复位骨折。安放塑形好的两块重建钢板：内侧重建钢板正好贴于肱
骨内侧嵴上，外侧重建钢板安放于肱骨后外侧，骨折不愈合病例、桡神经探查病例、C1型病例取自体髂骨植骨，术
后逐渐开始功能锻炼。结果 27例病例得到随访，随访时间15~46个月，平均27.1个月。肘关节功能恢复按美
国特种外科医院(HSS)肘关节评分表：优21例，良4例，一般2例，3例桡神经损伤恢复。结论 双重建钢板治疗
肱骨远段骨折是一种安全有效的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of dual reconstruction plate in the internal fixation of distal hu-
merus fracture. Methods From June 2006 to May 2009, the clinical data of 29 patients (22 males and 7 females)
with humerus fracture were reviewed, including 5 cases of A3, 14 cases of B1, 8 cases of B2, 2 cases of C1. Posteriors
operating approach of humerus (transtriceps-inside) were performed. All the patients were internal fixed with dual re-
construction plate. The patients began active training of elbow joint postoperatively. Results 27 patients were fol-
lowed up for 15~46 months (an average of 27.1 months). Bone union was obtained in all the patients. According to the
HSS scoring system, the clinical effects were evaluated as excellent in 21 cases, good in 4 cases and fair in 2 cases.
Three cases associated with radial nerve palsies were recovered. Conclusion The application of dual reconstruction
plate was proved to be a good method to treat distal humerus fracture.
