标题：冠状动脉微血管疾病及其药物治疗研究进展

      【摘要】 近年来，随着冠状动脉造影技术的广泛开展，越来越多胸痛的患者行冠状动脉造影却未发现明显的血管狭窄，现有的研究认为，这些患者可能存在冠状动脉微血管疾病(CMVD)，目前其机制尚不十分明确，治疗上也尚无规范化的方法，本文现将CMVD及其药物治疗做一综述，希望为临床诊治CMVD提供一定的参考。

Advance in coronary microvascular disease and its medical therapy.

Departmentof Cardiology, the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University, Zhanjian 524000, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 In recent years, with the extensive development of coronary angiography, more and more patientswith chest pain have undergone coronary angiography, but no significant vascular stenosis has been found. According tocurrent research, coronary microvascular disease (CMVD) may exist in these patients. Collective evidence showed thatthe main cardiovascular events and all-cause mortality of patients with CMVD were significantly higher than the controlgroup, leading to poor prognosis, which attracted the attention of clinicians. The underlying mechanism is still not clear,and there is no standardized method for treatment. In this review, CMVD and its drug treatment are summarized, whichtend to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of CMVD.
