标题：原发性肛周黏液腺癌一例并文献复习

      【摘要】 目的 探讨如何在临床上正确诊断肛周黏液腺癌，提高医务工作者对原发性肛周黏液腺癌的认识和临床诊治水平，降低其远期并发症及死亡率。方法 对海南医学院第一附属医院普外科2018年2月份收治的1例原发性肛周黏液腺癌的临床资料进行分析。结果 以长期反复肛瘘为表现，无其他特殊表现。病理学提示：镜下可见充满黏液的囊腔，可见异型的黏液上皮细胞。结论 早期诊断及手术治疗可取得较好的预后，该疾病误诊率高，应加大对其重视，对于该类疾病常规行病理学检查，提高其诊断率。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore how to correctly diagnose perianal mucinous adenocarcinoma in clinicalpractice, to improve the understanding and clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary perianal mucinous adenocarcino-ma by medical workers, and to reduce their long-term complications and mortality. Methods The clinical data of a caseof primary perianal mucinous adenocarcinoma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University inFebruary 2018 were analyzed. Results The disease manifested as long-term repeated anal fistula, without any otherspecial manifestations. Pathological results suggested that the mucous cyst can be seen under the microscope, and the ab-normal mucous epithelial cells can be seen. Conclusion Early diagnosis and surgical treatment may get a better progno-sis. The disease has a high rate of misdiagnosis and should be paid more attention to. Routine pathological examinationfor this kind of disease can improve the diagnosis rate.
