标题：多发伤患者腹内压增高对肝肾功能的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨严重多发伤患者腹内压增高对肝肾功能的影响。方法 从2007年1~6月收治的多发
伤患者中，选择40例多发伤患者按照创伤评分分为重伤组和轻伤组，进行腹内压监测，并收集患者肝肾功能等资
料进行分析。结果 与重伤组相比较，轻伤组患者腹内压明显降低，ALT降低，尿量增多，差异具有统计学意
义（P＜0.01）；血清TBIL、Cr、BUN两组差异无统计学意义。结论 腹内压升高可致肝肾功能下降，这将影响患
者的康复，早期及时的控制腹内压升高可能降低肝肾功能损伤。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of high intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) on hepatorenal func-
tion of multi-trauma patients. Methods According to injury severity score (ISS), forty multi-trauma patients were di-
vided into two groups, the severe multi-trauma group (ISS≥16) and the mild multi-trauma group (ISS<16). The data
of IAP and hepatorenal function were analyzed. Results The levels of IAP were in the severe multi-trauma group
were significantly higher than those in the mild multi-trauma group, and the incidence of impaired hepatorenal func-
tions in the severe multi-trauma group were significantly higher. Conclusion The hepatorenal function may be dam-
aged when the levels of IAP are on rise. Control IAP in time at early stage could benefit severe multi-trauma patients
by reducing hepatorenal impairment.
