      标题:冠心病患者冠脉病变程度与脑钠肽及和肽素水平的相关性

      【摘要】 目的 探讨冠心病患者冠状病变程度与脑钠肽、和肽素水平之间的关系。方法 选择我院 2008
年 8月到 2011年 9月收治的冠心病患者 100例(冠心病组)和我院同期体检的 100例健康对照者(对照组)行血
浆脑钠肽、和肽素水平检测,比较两组BNP、Copeptin水平及冠心病组内冠状动脉病变支数、左主干病变程度、
冠脉Gensini评分。结果 对照组BNP、Copeptin水平、Gensini积分均明显低于各冠心病组(SAP、UAP、AMI),
冠心病组内各组与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),冠心病组组内比较差异也具有统计学意义
P<0.05);3支病变、左主干病变与1、2支病变比较,BNP和 Copeptin水平均明显增高,且差异均具有统计学意义
P<0.05);左主干病变与 3支病变比较,BNP和 Copeptin水平均明显增高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论 脑钠肽、和肽素水平和冠状动脉病变关系密切,且与冠状动脉病变程度、冠状动脉病变支数呈正相关,能
准确的反应冠状动脉病变程度,具有重要的临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between coronary lesions of the patients with coronary
heart disease (CHD) and the levels of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and copeptin. Methods 100 patients with CHD (the
CHD group) and 100 healthy individuals (the control group) admitted in our hospital from August 2008 to September 2011
were selected and detected for plasma BNP and copeptin. The levels of BNP and copeptin, coronary artery branches, left
main vessel lesions degree, and the coronary artery Gensini Scores were compared between the two groups. Results The
BNP and copeptin, Gensini Scores were significantly lower in the control group than the CHD group (P<0.05), which also
showed statistically significant difference between the three CHD groups. The levels of BNP and copeptin of the 3-vessel
lesion were significantly higher than thoe of 1-vessel lesion and 2-vessel lesion (P<0.05); The levels of BNP and copeptin
of left main vessel lesions were significantly higher than those of 3-vessel lesion (P<0.05). Conclusion The levels
of BNP and copeptin are positively correlated with coronary artery lesions degree and coronary artery branches, which
can accurately display the extent of coronary artery disease.
