      【摘要】 蜂蛰伤临床表现复杂，除引起局部的皮肤过敏反应外，还可出现凝血障碍、贫血、出血、横纹肌溶解、急性肾衰竭、心肌缺血或心肌梗死、脑炎、缺血性卒中等多系统功能异常，严重者甚至可致多器官功能不全综合征或死亡等严重临床后果。

Patients with serious condition may develop fatal clinical outcomes,such as multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) or death.
