      【摘要】 瞬时感受器电位离子通道香草素受体4 (TRPV4)是一种在生物体内分布广泛、能通透Ca2+的非选择性阳离子通道。研究表明TRPV4在多种神经系统疾病的发生发展过程中都有表达变化，因此，本文就TRPV4在神经系统中的研究进展及其与疾病的关系进行综述。

Research progress of TRPV4 in the nervous system.

The studies showed that TRPV4 has expressed changes inthe development of a variety of nervous system diseases. Therefore, this article reviewed the research progress ofTRPV4 in the nervous system and its relationship with the disease.
