      标题:磁共振在手部血管球瘤诊断中的应用价值

      【摘要】 目的 探讨磁共振在手部血管球瘤诊断中的优势及应用价值。方法 回顾性分析登封市人民医院骨二科 2012年 11月至 2016年 11月期间经手术病理证实的 11例手部血管球瘤患者的临床资料和MRI特征。结果 4例患者行常规X线检查,未发现明显异常征象;11例患者术前均行MRI检查。MRI表现:病灶多位于甲下,少数位于指腹,大小0.9~8.1 mm,多为圆形或椭圆形,边界清楚,3例边界欠清,T1WI序列多表现为等、低信号影,T2WI压脂序列多表现为高或稍高信号;PDWI序列表现为明显高信号;增强扫描11例患者有8例病灶呈明显均匀强化,3例呈不均匀强化。结论 磁共振有良好的软组织分辨率,较CT及X线能更直观的显示病变位置及特征,能较准确的对手部血管球瘤进行诊断及鉴别诊断。

Application value of MRI in the diagnosis of glomus tumor of the hand.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the advantage and application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of glomus tumor of the hand. Methods The clinical data and MRI features of 11 cases of handglomus tumor treated in the Second Department of Orthopedics of Dengfeng People's Hospital and confirmed by opera-tion and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Routine X-ray examination was performed in 4 patients, butno obvious signs were found. MRI was performed in all 11 patients before operation. MRI findings: most of the lesionswere located under the nail, and a few were located in the finger pulp. The size was 0.9-8.1 mm. Most of them wereround or elliptical with clear boundary, and the boundary of 3 cases was unclear. The T1WI sequence was characterizedby equal and low signal, T2WI sequence mostly showed high or slightly high signal. PDWI sequence showed obvioushigh signal. Enhanced scan showed obvious uniform enhancement in 8 cases of lesions and uneven enhancement in 3cases. Conclusion MRI has good soft tissue resolution and can display the location and features of lesions more intui-tively than CT and X ray. It can be used to diagnose and differentiate hand tumors more accurately.
